Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) specifies the guidelines for the use of KingStream services. KingStream reserves the right to modify this AUP from time to time by posting such updates to the AUP on the KingStream website.

General Overview

KingStream services must only be used in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes consistent with the published AUP and permitted guidelines. Unlawful violation of any copyright, trademark restrictions or the violation of any intellectual property right is forbidden. Streaming or publishing obscene, defamatory or any material that constitutes illegal threat, or violates any existing export control laws is strictly prohibited at all times.
